Plex Windows Player losing keyboard/mouse

Using Plex Desktop for Windows, latest version v.1.105.2.269-12a32491.

This started happening on an earlier version. I can start playing a video, and at some point keyboard and mouse input is lost. The video will continue to play, but the progress bar will not show, the video cannot be paused, or things like commercials skip. The computer still sees the keyboard, and if necessary CTRL-ALT-DEL when in full screen will let me bring up the task manager, and you can either close Plex from the task manager or the task bar, which shows again. Restarting Plex shows the video at the bottom of the Window stopped. You can restart it where it thinks it stopped, and everything cooperates for a little bit, only to start the cycle again. This is frustrating. I can use another player to watch the video but lose ad skip if it was a DVR recording, manually stepping through ads. It does not kill the Media Center program running.

As mysteriously as it started, I finally got back to normal. Everything else on the media PC was acting normally. I deleted both the Desktop for Windows application plus the HTPC version, along with clearing LocalAppData for each. My latest reload of the Desktop application started acting normally again with no other changes.
