things I have tried
updating windows/drivers
updating windows to 11
different versions of plex server
reloading the OS
i am running plex server on I9-11900K with 32gig ram, no matter what i do, it crashes.
its been happening for about a month now, some days it will crash over 5 times other times i might once a day.
please tell me what you need me to upload. i tried looking for plex dmp files , and they are at zero size with no information in them

Does your server get to write any server logs which you can upload?

This latest crash happened 2/1/2022 @ 8:27am
none of the logs have any timestamps around that time, actually the latest time stamp in the logs is when i had to restart the server to get it back up and running around 6pm

Good-luck! I wish they would correct this.

So i think i figured it out - maybe,
i setup a 2nd server for testing
server 1 - is I9-11900k 11th gen - intel UHD 750
server 2 - is I7-1165G 11th gen - intel Iris Xe

soon as i setup server number 2 the same thing started to happen. if i have hardware transcoding on it would crash producing the errors above. after endless googling i ran into a post saying that couple of users were having a similar issue if they were using RDP to connect to the machines, which is the way i have been connecting to my machines. I stopped RDP’ing and starting using ConnectWise control to admin them and so far no crash’s.
ill check back in 5 days to let everyone know if that did it for me

I can’t stand this constant crashing. Just tried updating to the latest version and already a crash less than 24 hours.
