Plex won`t play movie (NSTV)

Server Version#: 1.18.3.2156 (QNAP TS-469 PRO)
Player Version#: 7.26.0.14578 Android TV Nvidia Shield TV

My Plex won`t play this movie, and others the same. No lagging, just open one of the first “pictures” in the movie. Then nothing.
Everything is set to direct play that I can find.

Is there anything to do about this? I really like the setup of Plex, but coming from Kodi, where it just works, littlebit sad :frowning:

I have read to much on the same problem now, many has the same and for almost two years now it seems.
It not good for one that will go away from a really good system/program that eats every format I throw at it. It a shame, I really liked how it looks and the menu works. And the simplicity :blush:

Sorry, but until this is fixed I can not use Plex, the WAF isn’t there if you have to use more than one program…
