From the looks of it, the server is nicely watching for changes from the OS. It seems however to be only monitoring a relatively small mount of folders – not sure if that’s because you have only added a small amount of media or if there’s an issue.

From the looks of it there’s no issue with too many folders being monitored.
However it seems you’ve been changing the related settings back and forth quite a lot (e.g. enabling/disabling the automatic scans while Plex was establishing the monitoring).
Have you already tried restarting your serve (Plex + QNAP) – after that restart, add some new items to see if it’ll pick those up.
Yes i have, and i have just restartet the NAS server again, and added some new content, and i will not scan the new content automatically unfortunatly.
Just testet that the interval scanning is working, I set it to scan for new content every 15 min. - This works fine. BUT it will not auto detect new content.
