Plex won't find my Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-955Q

I have a Synology NAS server install and setup plex work very good
I have setup a PC with windows 10, NextPVR. Kody, WinTV-HVR-955Q, over the air television, work good
I run the wizard to find my WinTV-HVR-955Q, on the PC, even force the PC IP: 192.168.X.110 to find it no lock.

where and how to connect the WinTV-HVR-955Q, so My Synology plex server will find it.

That tuner is not supported on NAS devices. The tuner needs to be physically plugged into the machine running PMS. The IP address is only for HDHomerun Network tuner devices.
