I’m trying to setup Live TV and DVR on my Plex server (Windows) using a hauppauge wintv-hvr-955q. The plex server is updated to the latest version and the drivers for the 955Q are the latest. The DVR Setup is stuck at the Looking for compatible devices… window. Any suggestions for getting Plex to recognize the device?

I have setup a PC with windows 10, NextPVR. Kody, WinTV-HVR-955Q, over the air television, work good
I run the wizard to find my WinTV-HVR-955Q, on the PC, even force the PC IP: 192.168.X.110 to find it no lock.
where and how to connect the WinTV-HVR-955Q, so My Synology plex server will find it.
