Plex won't get posters for a new TV show

I just added The Crew (2021) to Plex and it downloads the usual metadata, including backgrounds and episode screenshots, but not the show/season posters. I’ve tried removing the show from my library folder, cleaning bundles, emptying the trash, deleting the cache folders, manually matching the show by its TVDB ID, and restarting Plex to no avail. It’s been going on for over 24 hours, so I imagine the APIs should have the latest data by now. Is there anything else I can try? PMS is fully up-to-date (1.21.3.4021). Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure what is wrong with tvdb agent yet (i just got same issue as you when i tried that show) but Fix Match , Select “search options” and choose TheMovieDatabase agent instead it worked for me.

I see. I had a feeling it was something on TheTVDB’s end, but every other show works fine, so it’s weird. Thank you

yeah my logs show from 403 unauthorized messages when trying to get images for what show from tvdb but not sure if something wrong with the api with them or what, cuz as you say other shows work fine.
