Plex won't load - need to clear cache most first attempts for the day

So lately on multiple TV’s / Fire TV Sticks when i launch Plex it just goes to a black screen, sometimes it will close itself and I can then go back in an it will load up fine. Most times I have to go to Applications / Plex / Clear the Cache on Plex - Or Force Stop Application then it ill load

Is this happening elsewhere?
