I had issues two months ago with my disks , I lost half my media.
I had to redownload everything.
At the same time I had to format and reinstall windows from scratch.
At this point I did everything right and managed to reclaim my server updated the libraries, etc. last week I couldn’t see plex in my network so I decided to reinstall. I deleted the local folder the registry keys and reinstalled. And this is when the problems began.
At the moment I can add media with an older version of plex but clicking the claim button does not work. I update the server and can’t claim it. Right after updating it opens a page that loops on “getting ready”
