With the new update, I understand there is new metadata agent available. but When i click on “upgrade libraries” Plex says “error while trying to upgrade this server” what do I do?
My server runs on a WD My Cloud Home

For the Movies, I found the agent
But for the tv shows, I only have:
so no Plex TV Series

Are you still running 1.18?
The new movie agent was introduced with 1.20. The new TV agent was introduced with 1.22.3.
Not sure why you were given the option to upgrade if you’re not on a release that supports the new agents.
My tv and movies won’t update on wd pr4100. I am running version 1.24.2.4973-2b1b51db9. Simply shows error message when ttempting update
Never mind… Logged in again and does not show that libraries need to be updated.
