I’m having trouble getting the artist videos to show. I have a “Making of the Record” that’s a behind the scenes of them making music for the entire album. I tried following the instructions here, but to no avail. They aren’t appearing within the album.
I have tried refreshing the metadata, scanning the library files, changing the video-type and still nothing shows up. I did make sure that the video is playable (I played it on my Windows computer). It is in MKV format, would that be an issue?
If anyone has suggestions on how to rectify this issue let me know!
Plexamp does only play audio. No video. Even if it is just music videos.
What about Plex? Plex doesn’t even show the videos.
Also, are there any plans for PlexAmp to play music videos? I think that would be a great addition!
Only videos which have been connected to a certain song are appearing in the album.
All other videos are appearing on the artist preplay.
After adding new video files, you need to Refresh Metadata of the Artist.
So in this case, it’s a behind the scenes of creating the entire album. Would I place that within the artist folder, or the artist’s album folder?
I have it currently placed in the album folder, and it doesn’t show on the artist page. I have refreshed the metadata as well. Once I have a chance I’ll try moving it to the artist folder instead of the specific album to see if that works.
