PlexAmp and Prologue Access to Server Files

Server Version#: 1.40.1.8227
Player Version#: 4.125.1

I have been a PlexPass member since 2013 when a bought a lifetime pass. Since that time I have pretty much had no issues with the Plex Media system. The server is version 1.40.1.8227 and is the latest one. It runs on a MacBook Pro 2017 model, running Ventura 13.6.5. The internet connection is excellent with fiber and also the home network is also very good. My home server/router is an ATT BGW 320.
My files that I access on my Plex server consist of:
Audiobooks – 430 GB
TV Shows – 3.9 TB
Music – 1.1 TB
Movies – 2.0 TB
All files up until recently have loaded on my local and remote network quite well over the years, until recently.
I have a newish TCL 75 Roku TV as well as others on my home network to access my Plex media as well as Prologue audiobook app and PlexAmp app to access my files when I am away from home or walking the neighborhood. They also worked well with my Plex server up until recently.
Prologue and PlexAmp currently will connect with my home network locally or remotely, but will not update any changes I have made to my Plex server files or even find the files. It will populate to some older time, but not the most recent period. PlexAmp says that the music/audiobooks have loaded, but when I press play icon, it says that the media file can not be found. A similar thing occurs with the Prologue app. These apps have not worked correctly at all since about 4 weeks ago.
My access to media files on the Plex app on the TCL Roku TV is more hit or miss. After turning on the TV and opening the Plex app, it connects to the local network OK. However when I try to load any type of file for listening or watching, it says the file is not available. I can often restart the power, reboot the TV, and this time the same file may be available for access.
Things I have tried include restarting my laptop and Plex server. Deleting and reloading Prologue and/or Plexamp to no avail. Deleting the Plex app on the TV and reloading. One thing that I want to try to avoid is starting all over on my Plex Media files, of which there are 7.5 TB.
Any help would be appreciated. I am new to this type of problem and working with Plex Forum for help, so bear with me.

It sounds like the problem is likely between the laptop which hosts the Plex server and the hard drives which contain the files. Have you checked the files are still available and attached to the laptop?

Yes, all of my files play correctly on my server laptop and are available there. I have worked hard over all the years to keep them in good order. With the number of music, movie, TV, and audiobook files, I have learned well how to group them correctly over all the years.

I can’t really offer any further insight then, but to my mind if the Plex clients are saying the “files are unavailable” it suggests they are not available at the Plex server end, so I would try to look for issues between the Plex server and your files, rather than just the Plex server and your clients

It is somewhere with all three Plex clients somewhere, those being the Plex player on the Roku TCL TV, Plexamp, and Prologue audiobook player. Thanks for your input. Hopefully we all on the forum can get me fixed up eventually,
