PlexAmp android allow MediaBrowserService for other apps

Hi,

I’ve recently raised an issue on an app called AAIDrive regarding PlexAmp not functioning with their app that I use to control music via my car.

Their response:

Good evening!
This is a restriction from Plexamp, and they’ll need to update their app to allow AAIdrive to browse the library. Please ask the developer of Plexamp to open up the MediaBrowserService for other apps to browse the library.
The Plex app itself used to allow browsing, but unfortunately that seems to have been disabled too.

Please could this be addressed and added so I can control my music via my car? Moving away from Spotify has been my ideal goal and this is the last hurdle before everything works as it should.

I agree that browsing my library from my car interface would be valuable when connected via Bluetooth. Spotify and Pocket Casts, for example, do allow this.
