I have a lifetime plexpass. I know my login credentials. Works fine on my PCs and the new Google TV thingie (ethernet connected)
But on my android phone, despite being logged in, Plexamp is battering me with messages to upgrade to Plexpass to get more out of my “streaming experience”. (grimaces to self briefly)
What’s going here? How to I get Plexamp to recognise my Plexpass entitlements?

OK. Thanks. I saw that alert but didn’t connect it to the issue I was experiencing.
I am experiencing an issue with Plexamp. Despite having a Lifetime Plex Pass, both the Windows version and the Android app keep prompting me to sign up. As a result, I cannot access all of the member-only features, and I can’t bypass these prompts. I hope this gets resolved soon.
We’ve fixed an additional issue, please restart the app and it should pick up the Plex Pass.
