I have had a lifetime PlexPass for 5 years.. today I tried to add plexamp to an android phone and the phone still says I have to buy a lifetime pass.

Hmm, not sure what’s going on unless you’re signing in with another account. Your account does show a Plex Pass and Plexamp should pick it up. Feel free to post Plexamp logs in case it shows anything.

Interesting that I finally got it to work when I said I’d subscribe.. my paypal information came up, and I cancelled out of the paywall everything worked after that..
I’m having the same problem, how did you get it to show you your PayPal information? If I’m telling my Android app I will subscribe it just pops up the pay via Google Play window.
edit: I don’t know if anything was done from the side of Plex but I just needed to sign back in and now it recognizes my Plex Pass
Weird, sounds like some sort of “reactivation” which shouldn’t be needed ![]()
@elan same issue has surfaced here. Plexamp works as expected on my Pixel 6, but I added it to a new innioasis dedicated player last week and it refuses to recognize my plex pass after a few repeat login attempts.
I can pull the logs if it’s useful, but thought I’d add another example to the pile.
Sorry for the trouble! I suspect if you look at Plexamp logs you’ll see a 500 from plex.tv, happy to look but we’re aware of issues.
