Plexamp: Can't find config.json on windows

I’m trying to turn off song notifications on plexamp for windows 10 via the information here: Plexamp: How to disable notification popup when player advances to a new track - Windows 7 but I can’t seem to find the config.json file they’re talking about.

I’ve checked both the install directory and the appdata\local\plexamp directory, but it’s not there. Where else would it be?

These instructions are for plexamp version 1.x

Plexamp 3.x has a dedicated preference for notifications.

And Windows 10 (supported versions of it at least) can also disable notifications per app on its own.
