Plexamp cast to a upnp device

I have an Arcam CD-50 streamer that I am currently using BubbleUPNP as a remote for. The Arcam Android app has various issues that leave it unusable. I would love to use Plexamp as the “remote” for the Arcam, much like google chromecast devices. Any plans to support UPNP devices.
