C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plexamp\Plexamp Users is a hidden folder, so you might either have to enable the display of hidden files in Windows or simply copy & paste the following path into the adress bar of Windows file explorer: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plexamp\Plexamp
