When using Plexamp, the album art displayed In the iOS Lock Screen and control center gets out of date sometimes:
If a track with art is played, that art is still displayed later when a track with no art is played.
I don’t think I’ve seen this reported; my apologies if it has been.
I had previously played the Robert Aspirin book. That art stuck around even though I switched to a different track, played it, skipped around.
I didn’t have any art loaded for the 10K Maniacs track/album.
That doesn’t look like Plexamp at all.
Hhhaahahaha that’s true. I swear I put “on the Lock Screen” and “in the control center”.

hmm i can’t reproduce the issue. made a playlist with two tracks, one with art and the other w/o. when i switch to the track which has doesn’t have art, it disappears.
Oh, I’ve had a similar issue to this a few times where the lock screen album art, artist name, and song name don’t update, but the song progress bar does.
reproducible? on iOS? got logs? 
I’m on android, but the next time it happens I’ll get the logs. It’s not a super common occurrence, but every few months it happens.
on android, we’ve made some improvements (and have more coming) for notifications.
If I figure out how to reproduce this consistently, I’ll definitely share the steps.
