PlexAmp downloads files not updating album art after refresh [iOS]

Running PlexAmp 4.5.3 on iOS 16.1.1.

I’m having an issue when I Refresh everything in the Downloads tab: The album art changes I make in the Library items using Plex Media Manager on Mac OS do not update in the Downloaded files on PlexAmp player, even after Refreshing.

Everything seems to display fine in the Library tab though.

As I understand from the features listed, this should work.

Any ideas? - TIA.
