Plexamp on iOS does not recognize my plex pass life time subscription.
therefore I cannot use many pro features.
anyone can help me about that ?

I am still experiencing the same issue. Attempted sign out, re-install of app and it still does not show my Plex Pass.
Another issue was fixed today, please try restarting the app and it should resolve.
