I’m using Plexamp on iOS. When I go to an album it does not show the genre. On Plex Web it does but not on the Plexamp app.
When I edit the metadata/tags I usually just add one genre and don’t add anything to styles or moods.
Any help is appreciated.
Plexamp will also display it. You can scroll the page to the very bottom, and then you can see the genres and moods.
Edit: Sorry, I was mistaken. Plexamp only displays styles and moods, and it indeed doesn’t show the genres.
Ok, so nothing I’m doing wrong here aside from making the decision not to populate styles and moods sections.
Interesting choice not to display the genre!! I’d think above all else this would be the first choice!
