I apologize if this has been posted before, my searches did not reveal this specifically.
This issue just started recently. All devices that attempt to access this account (admin) via Plexamp are now receiving this message. I can still access the Library button, go to playlists and choose a playlist or search, but the home screen on Mac and iPhone both error. I tried logging out and back in with the same result. I can switch home user accounts and all appears to be fine, just my admin account is having the bellyache. I will say that I have been doing some smart playlist creating and Track Mood modifying lately. Not sure if that plays into this or not but hopefully this is something that can be resolved.
