Plexamp feature request: Skip or remove a next track

Hi!
In the “Up Next” list of tracks, it would be useful to have the option to remove (or skip) a track from this list. From a DJing standpoint, sometimes an upcoming track does not fit with the desired ambience. Spotify, for instance, offers this feature to remove a track from the Play Queue.

Agreed! Swipe left to remove a track. Hold down to re-order.
