Please make sure they’re on the same network and it should work.

Hi Elan, thanks for reaching out. They are on the same network, my user (I am the admin) works perfectly, other plex users (in my home, in the same network) don’t see the plexamp headless server when the click on the cast button. But I can assure you that all the devices are on the same network.

Then perhaps something on the network is blocking broadcast UDP packets? Because that’s how a managed user would be discovering the players (for now, at least).
