Plexamp Javascript error on start

Hello,
im trying to start Plexamp under OSX 10.13.6 and always getting an Javascript Uncaught Exception:
Error: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir ‘/Users/borck/Library/Logs/Plexamp’ …

When i start plexamp from terminal with root priviligues (sudo ./Plexamp), it works.

Can anybody help me?
