Plexamp not updating playlists

I’m on the latest version of macOS for Plex Server and IOS Client.

I use smart playlists and then sync them to my phone, e.g. Tracks with no ratings. These are correct the first time I sync, but despite having the playlist on the device for more than a month, after I’ve rated tracks they are not removed from the downloaded playlist. They are removed from the “online” streamed playlist.

How are the downloaded Playlists triggered for an update on Plexamp please?

Have you already tried using ⋮ > Refresh... on the downloaded item/playlist?
