Plexamp only plays one song at a time since latest update

Since the latest updates to Plexamp, When trying to play an Album it struggles to play one song then fails to move on to the next song. Most of the time it struggles to bring the Now Playing bit up so you cannot even see what it is trying to play.
I updated the Server to the latest version in case there was some mismatch between the latest Plexamp and the previous version of the server but the problem is still there.

I don’t think this is a Plexamp issue. I suspect it’s likely to do with the Sonos integration specifically.

I’ve seen the same symptoms intermittently before with Sonos, though I can’t say I’ve seen it for a while now, and was never able to tie it to a specific server or client release.

It might be a long shot, but do you by any chance have server logs that might give us somewhere to begin troubleshooting?

What I tried and could have been a combination of or maybe just the last!

Updated to the latest Updated Plex Server download… yes another one :astonished:

In the Sonos App

I removed the Plex Account, closed the app, opened the app, added my Plex account to Sonos

Opened my Desktop app

Checked was up to date… well its been a couple of days

Double checked my remote Access, hit the retry connection, hit it again but specify public port

Received an email saying that a new sign in has been made.

Finally can play an album. :grinning:
