Plexamp only works locally but not on the internet

Hi

I have been successfully enjoying plexamp for quite some time. Just recently having an issue where I can log into my server through a standard browser and

  • See my music,
  • Successfully listen to it through the browser interface as well.
  • My music is stored in a library on the server.
    I have the latest plexamp from play store installed on my Samsung s25, but logging in with my plex pass credentials gets no results when the app searches for the server. I can see my server online fully, through a browser. This is a weird issue for me and has got me completely stumped, searching the forums I could not see anyone with the same issues. I think i have tried everything I can. Please help. :slight_smile:

Thanks @OttoKerner have attached my plexamp logs to the original post.

I don’t know if it’s worth mentioning that in my server settings the remote access is a little intermittent going “not available” to “available” randomly. Also when new movies/tv shows are added the scanner and agent do not automatically pick up the metadata I have to go in and edit the library, change scanner to “Plex Movie Scanner” and Agent to “The movie database” let the system try to do its thing, it picks up the movie I then go back and do the “upgrade” of the scanner.

The only reason I mention this is I’m aware this Plexamp issue could be network related and is affecting these other functions, I’ve tried everything I can working with Namecheap and my isp to see if there are issues. All started only just recently.
