No, it is only available on “mobile” platforms and on desktop computers.

There are no immediate plans to bring it to the Android TV platform.
Some features might find their way into the regular Plex app, but I have no details about that.
please bring plexamp to nvidia shield. Now I have to sideload plexamp. And than it is not working properly. Or using Xplay.
