I can launch plexamp on my iPhone XS no problem. Signs in no problem. I see everything on my Plex Server. When I select the song and/or press play it launches the screen Where it would presumably have the song playing but then closes it immediately.
I can’t get any audio file to play. Mixture of bitrates and file types.
Help!
Almost certainly an issue getting the file from the server. If you share debug logs from within the app we can have a look.
Thank you for responding. Here’s the log from the app. I will say it does look like an access problem but you’ll know better than me. Weird that it lists my devices that use Plex - this log only relates to the client on my iPhone. Also weird that it appears to be trying to get the files from the cloud when it’s on the same network as the Plex server.

It seems like your server is unable to access the files, I would assume they aren’t playable in any of our apps. The server log might have more details.

There a combination of mp3 files and FLAC. None of them will play (are accessible??)
Sorry, this is a Plex iOS log? Server log would be more helpful, it’ll probably show why the files aren’t accessible.
