Plexamp/Plex music Feature Request - "remove from this playlist" button when listening to a playlist

I already found a thread asking for playlist sorting & searching, which I think would greatly help to find and remove specific songs from playlist without having to scroll through and manually find the song in a playlist that could be thousands of songs. That feature, if implemented, could solve this problem.

But failing that, or just as an extra QOL feature, I think it would be nice to simply have a button inside the little 3 dots button that lets you directly remove the song from the playlist, provided you are listening to it within that playlist

Apologies if this has already been requested, I did take a look but didn’t find anything

Unfortunately the app doesn’t have this context.

In that case if the functionality to give the app such context can’t be added, then I would defer to having a search function inside playlists. I would imagine it theoretically can be added, as spotify recently added a “remove from this playlist” button, but I have no idea how much work that would be. Thanks for the response :slight_smile:

Would require server work, the API doesn’t exist for the app to use.
