Is there some setting I need to change to enable the rating of songs (either by like/dislike or by 5 star system) within Plexamp using Siri?
This seems like something that ought to be possible, but Siri has so far refused my every request.

You should be able to use the shortcut “i love this track” / “i hate this track”

According to what’s been written online, after asking Siri to play some music with Plexamp, the Shortcuts app should be populated with Plexamp-related shortcuts, but this is not happening for me. When I search the app list in Shortcuts, Plexamp does not appear.
Anything else I can try?
I don’t think elan was specifically referring to the Shortcuts app… just the commands you could use when talking to Siri so it’ll tell Plex to give a song a high/low rating respectively.
Ah, okay. Still, if I say “i love this track” into Siri while playing music in Plexamp, Siri says that “Plexamp hasn’t added support for that.”
For the actions to appear in the shortcuts menu you have to ask Siri first. Just ask Siri “play library radio” or any other action and after that the Plexamp actions menu will be there…
Supposedly you need to do this to get the shortcuts to show up (which is super confusing).
Infuriatingly, I still can’t see Plexamp in the Shortcuts app, even after asking Siri to play library radio/deep cuts radio/etc.
Siri and its integration with iOS is so frustrating. Hopefully whatever Apple does with v.18 improves things…
