Plexamp shows empty mood radio and style radio.
Details: plex server running on elementary OS. Ver: 1.22.3.4523. Installed from Snap App Store which shows that version as the latest one.
For some reason the style and mood info is missing on albums.

You’d need to:

  1. Make sure you’re on the modern music library and don’t need to upgrade it.
  2. Make sure the album is properly matching (which it appears to be given you have metadata).
  3. Refresh metadata for the album and see if it gets genres/styles.

Sorry. tried a few different things. ended up removing all the libraries and rebuilding the server from scratch. it has been working since. thanks tho!
