Plexamp + sonos rewinds to beginning of play queue after being paused for a while

Player Version#: 4.2.2 (Plexamp / linux)

When I’m streaming to my Sonos from Plexamp, if I leave it paused for a while (seems to be roughly 30 minutes or so), when I unpause Plexamp will rewind to the beginning of whatever playlist it was on (including albums, my own playlists, and track radio playlists).

There was a previous bug report about this that was closed for inactivity: PlexAmp Resuming Play after Pause at Much Earlier Point in Queue

In that thread @aubrey.wodonga seemed to say there was an internal ticket for this issue. Can anyone provide a status update on it please?

I should note that I’ve seen the same behavior from Plexamp for linux, MacOS, and Android.

Does it sound like this issue? Plexamp playback on Sonos pauses after about 13 seconds; can't reauthenticate from Sonos to Plex

That one was mostly fixed for me, but I’ve had similar failures a few times since then.

No, I had that issue earlier (things are working fine for me since they rebooted their cluster), but this rewinding bug seems to be independent of it.
