Plexamp sort tracks by artist?

Hello, new to plexamp so please forgive me,

Simply looking to sort “Tracks” by Artist and not by the name of the track/song. Can’t seem to find this under the sort option. Any information on this would be helpful… kinda thought this would be stanard option. (iPhone, iOS, Plexamp 4.5.3)

Just to make sure I understand you correctly… you want to display your library by tracks but sort them by artist (then album/title?) when selecting the „by title“ sort option?

When I select the sort by “Title” option, its sorting it by the title of the song and not the artist. It will sort A-Z or Z-A but it’s the song title and not the artist… I have viewed my music like this probably more than a decade on iTunes, it works the way I would like in the Web app, but not in the Plexamp app.

I agree. Album Artist is not in the Sort By list for Tracks:

unless I misunderstand what you’re requesting, I think this already exists.
while this cant be achieved directly in plexamp you could create a smart playlist with these parameters that plexamp would recognize:

I’m assuming you would want to filter this in some way which can be achieved from the top left circled area.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll give it a try once I get Plex back up and running after a failed update lol.
