Home User (not admin) with own tidal account, artist radio has no Tidal content

Hello Plex team,

Like the title says I have two Plex Home users, I own a lifetime Plex Pass, each of the home users have their own tidal account, they can see the local plex library fine, they can search tidal content, but artist radio only brings content from the local library and queues no content from Tidal.

Also while the home users can see Artist and Album mixer builder and most of the radio stations in the home of plexamp, discovery radio is not present.

No tidal content is added to the local library, because that hides all the stations for the home users.

I include the plexamp log while I created a station from Artist.

Also I just noticed when the Home User is in an artist page, no tidal content is shown there, like in my admin account where I see the albums that are in tidal and not in the local library.

I apologize, the TIDAL augmentation is only available for the server owner.

@elan thanks for the answer, I have to say that, this really makes the experience for home users and in my case for my family way less attractive.

Is there plans to change this or its something that won’t be considered at all?
