Plexamp support for Alexa Skills

Hi,
Alexa Plex Skills has been working well but there’s been few years of no upgrades and attention to this very useful skill.

I have the following requests:

  1. Please add the support of Plexamp as target player for Alexa Plex skill. Currently Alexa accepts the command to play onto a Plexamp player but nothing happens after Alexa says "ok, playing xxxxxxx on yyyyy player. This feature specially will be amazing if it’s supported on Plexamp headless version.

  2. Have Plex server to ALWAYS direct stream to Alexa speaker in the group. As you know, with Alexa voice command you can directplay to a single speaker with no issues, but the moment the same speaker is part of a device group, plex transcodes a FLAC file down to 320kbps. Of course I know this is Alexa’s limitation but it would be great if Plex can ignore the bandwidth report by Alexa service and straightaway stream FLAC file directly.
