PlexAmp Update Removes Downloaded Tracks

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9292
Player Version#:4.11.3

My Iphone 11 (iOS 18.1.1) updated Plexamp last night only to have it delete (or at least not recognize) numerous tracks that were downloaded onto my phone. If I refresh the album or the Downloads, no improvement. If I close the app and refresh, no improvement. If I delete the album and redownload, the album run time is shortened to the still reduced track list. The list while streaming is fine, however we have areas that have limited cell service and streaming is not always an option.

For example: I updated an album yesterday that had 5 new tracks added to it since I had originally downloaded it. It went from 30 to 35 tracks, and I was listening to them yesterday to make sure they were working. This morning the album had 12 tracks in total. A Greatest Hits 3 disk album has listed 3h, 29min of playtime on the Downloads Tab, only when opened to display 17 tracks and 59 minutes of play time out of a correct total of 51 tracks.

edit: I have the logs, but will not post them here as they put my IP in plain text. If you have a more secure dropbox, I’d consider sharing.

I am seeing something similar on Android. All tracks but the first two of each album have been removed. When I try to re-download it says the album is already downloaded. I tried clearing all app storage and setting back up, but it did not solve the problem.

There is a bug around downloading albums (max duration 1 hour) which will be fixed in the next release (which will restore missing tracks).

Very frustrating, can you share pre-release apk with community? I have lost 3 hours today trying to troubleshoot and understand the issue.
What is the plan for a bugfix release?

I am on Android

It’s waiting for review by Google.

Update to iOS Plexamp 4.11.4 has fixed the issue. Thank You!

Android update went through. Issue fixed.
Downloaded albums are fully visible, however summary stats still shows incorrect values even after refresh.
Only album redownload helps to fix stats.

I can confirm that it’s fixed for Android as well. Much obliged.

Thanks for coming in here to confirm, and sorry for the issue!
