I have encountered a problem refreshing the contents of a downloaded playlist on my phone.
This morning, I opened Plexamp on my phone and went to the Downloads page. I then tapped the three dots and then tapped Refresh.
The phone displayed a progress ring that filled in amber as tracks were downloaded, and the number inside the wheel decremented.
When the task was complete, the screen indicated that the playlist on the phone was 3.5 GB in size and was 5 hours in duration:
But when I open the playlist to play it, there are no tracks listed and a message is displayed stating “no tracks to play”:
The playlist is a dynamic playlist that contains 60 tracks, and the contents are randomized based on the filter criteria.
My phone (and Plexamp) connects to my Plex Server over my local WiFi, and that is how I perform downloads to take away for travel.
This issue has occurred about 4 times over the past week.
