In PlexAmp, If I browse through Artists directly on my phone, there is no issue. However, if I browse using CarPlay (Toyota Prius Prime 2020), it only shows artists from letter A to K. It’s been like this since the release of PlexAmp on iOs. I always keep my server up to date running on my iMac.
Anybody else having this issue?
It’s a CarPlay “feature” 
When your car is in motion (or any time it feels like it) it can run in “limited list mode” where you only get like 10 choices for each menu.
Really crazy on their part since I think they did it for safety and there’s nothing which would take my eyes off the road like ALL THAT #%#%# MISSING MUSIC.
Thanks for the reply. I did notice that carplay have restrictions while moving but what I find strange is that i still have this issue when i’m parked in my driveway. Really strange

I’d just like to chime in since I thought this was a PlexAMP bug as well.
Getting the same behaviour elan describes (truncated list only while moving).
Any sneaky work-arounds planned? Perhaps change the alpha list to: A-B, C-D, E-F, etc. (with the end of the alphabet in bigger groups, since they seem to cut it at a list of 11)?

A little update. After I update to ios14, it still does the same thing but now I can scroll through all artists when I’m parked. So i guess it’s really a Carplay “feature”. Oh well… Thanks anyway.
