Hello all, I am unsure where to turn to resolve an ongoing issues I have been having with PlexAmp. I have a large library of music and like to shuffle through all music randomly when listening to music. When I look in the library tab in PlexAmp I see all tracks but when clicking on the track or “all music” playlist I get “Unable to load data. This makes me sad.”
I have done the following:
Re-scanned folders
Removed the folder from Plex and re-add the folder
Uninstall Plex server and reinstall
Any suggestions on where I can turn to further troubleshoot this issue?
Thanks for the reply. I have attached logs. I reloaded music (again) in plex and in plexamp (iOS) I am getting a spinning wheel when going to play all music. Unsure where to turn now.
My setup is pretty standard and the iOS devices were working before, unsure what changed. I have modem > switch > WiFi router.
But after doing some more troubleshooting I found that hardwired devices (windows) will work normally, so it is only WiFi devices having this issue. I will have to troubleshoot my network further and see what I find. I am open to any suggestions.
Also, Plex video seems to be working normally both on LAN and WAN.
Just did some testing and strangely enough music works through the Plex app on windows PC with WiFi. It is only mobile devices having an issue playing. On mobile devices I get the above screen with a spinning circle.
I don’t think you can have a switch to a modem. If this works, your modem is also a router so you are on 2 separate networks. Change your router to work as an access hub.
