Plexamp won't play when off of network, despite remote access

The laptop I ran plex on suddenly died and I switched the server to a new laptop, however I suddenly am nor able to stream off plexamp when I’m off my wifi network, which never had been an issue before. (Also, remote access is enabled)

Does remote access show green?

Have you posted Plexamp logs after experiencing the issue?
