Plexcerpts being sent to old email address

Recently I changed the email address on my Plex account. On Oct 28, I received the latest issue of Plexcerpts at my new address and at the old address. I would prefer that Plex not do this; I don’t want any emails sent to the old address that is no longer associated with my account.
I then clicked on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email message that had been sent to the old address. The link took me to a page that provided no interface, only the message “No email subscriptions found”. I’m stumped as to how to proceed further.
If someone would help me to ensure that no further emails will be sent to the old address, I would be very grateful
Thanks in advance for any help!

I’ve forwarded your report to the right people.

Side note: you might wanna consider enabling 2FA on your Plex account.

Thanks for the reminder, I’ll do it now.
Cheers!

Hello, I also have this issue where should I send an email with the old address ?

Send it to me per private message.

Hi Plexers,
Just wanted to pop back into the thread to mention that, in the last 24 hours, I’ve received not one, but two copies of Plexcerpts at the email address no longer associated with my account. The unsubscribe links at the bottom of these two emails still seem to be broken – taking me to a page indicating “No email subscriptions found”.
It’s been a long time now, I understand bugs take a while to fix but honestly I don’t need the bug fixed, I just want my old email address purged from Plex’s database(s).
Thanks so much for any assistance you can provide – I very much appreciate it.
