I am receiving Plexcerpts twice, once on an email account I used to have linked with my Plex account, and once on a new unique address that is currently linked with my account.
Unfortunately, when I click the Unsubscribe link on the email sent to my previous email account, I receive a message saying “No email subscriptions found.”, with no other options or anything allowing me to unsubscribe.
Can someone please contact me to remove my old email address from the mailing list, since I’m not able to do it myself?? I tried replying to the email, but the “hello@mail.plex.tv” address doesn’t appear to be valid.
Except the email address I’m receiving the newsletter on does not have an account on the Plex site anymore (I changed the address on the account to a new unique address, which is also receiving the newsletter). So I can’t log in with it to unsubscribe.
I’ve submitted the “Billing Questions” contact form, hopefully they can help me, or connect me with someone who can. Seems odd that there is no other way to contact someone that works for Plex to handle an issue like this.
