Apologies in advance if this has been covered. Haven't been on the forums for months and can't see the answer.
When Plex first updated to allow different users to see different things we needed to ensure Plex was logged out on the server (in the server settings) to ensure PlexConnect would work.
Is this still the case? The other day I was attempting to sync my iPad to plex (i.e. offline movies) and I finally realised it wasn't working as the server wasn't logged in to my Plexpass account. Once I logged in it worked, but Plexconnect stopped working, but maybe my Plexconnect isn't configured correctly anymore.

Plexconnect now support plex home, so this should not be required, you just need to log into a plex home account in plexconnect
Okay, have tried this. My server is now logged in to myplex and the ipads etc can now sync.
I go into plexconnect and it's saying it can't find a server. Put my myplex details in and still the same (i.e. can't find the server). Am I doing something wrong?

Just to clarify, I mean if I go to "discover server" it comes up "0" with no plex sections found.
Is there any instructions re configuring PlexHome with Plexconnect? In the Wiki it still says it doesn't work. Or a link to a thread that is relevant?

Plex home simply switches home users (when properly setup in plexweb) by visiting the settings tab in the chosen hijacked app. Maybe start fresh with a new copy of PlexConnect:

I have it working correctly now.
Turned out to be an issue with my Windows 8.1 Media Server had decided its network was public and hence wasn't letting external communications in from MyPlex. Reconfigured and now all okay.
A few issues still but they're plex not plexconnect related :)
