@Thorrrr it looks like you now trying to install PlexConnect on windows instead of ATV2. If it’s win10 maybe the following thread can help you https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/175761/port-80-in-use-by-windows-fi
@moody_blue
Not at all my PConnect is on my ATV!
I will create a new post showing everything

Where does this comes from ?
This is from terminal WHS 2011 renewing certificates on ATV and following instructions to get PC to start up on ATV.

Recap & Update
HI Guys
I have an APTV 4 hardwired into the home network which finds the PMS no issue. On the same network via WifI my APTV 2 Plexconnect no longer sees the PMS. It always worked hardwired but not on Wifi!
But all my other devices find PMS via WiFi so not sure why PlexConnect is no longer finding it.
I have signed in and out but it just finds a shared library. But with tinkering around from other suggestions it no longer finds anything.
So here is my issue in order of problems.
- This used to work via LAN buy I have no access to LAN in my new location.
- ATV can see all the Wifi channels but will not connect automatically. If I select manual and enter my settings everything works accept PConnect.
- I see the PConnect icon but says it is not available try later.
I have checked my PMS settings and i have the green tick saying available outside the network. But this is on my home network??
• ATV 2 (JB)
• DNS 192.168.2.254 (Modem)
• ATV 192.168.1.105
• ATV 2
• PMS sat on WHS 2011 Version 6.1 Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
• PMS Version 1.0.2.2413
• PMS on 192.168.1.115
• PC Version ‘0.5-dev-110616’
• Settings.cfg see here
• PlexConnect Log see here
If i run Plexconnect.py on ATV i get this window see HERE
My network setup is as follows see HERE.
If you need any other details, please just ask. Before you say to add it to LAN it is not possible.
So I believe the problem with your not being able to see your local libraries has to do with the secure connection option introduced by Plex last year. It happened to me recently that when I logged into the my account on my ATV3 my local library would disappear and my shared libraries would still be available.
To my understanding, plexconnect does not support secure connections and will not be able to “see” your local libraries when signed into your Plex account. Plex account requires secure connection = plexconnect will not load. I don’t quite understand why the shared libraries show up unless they are loaded by some other sort of witchcraft.
I was able to get it working by disabling secure connections in the network tab of the PMS settings. Not my preferred workaround but I’m not advanced enough to edit plexconnect and get it working with secure connections.
So I kept researching this since local networks should not be bothered when the “preferred” option is selected in the secure connection option. I found this post by someone with the same problem and it fixed my issue. I happened to just have finished my PfSense install right when the problem began.
Hi my situation now is i cannot even log into Plex
