PlexConnect now hanging

I run my PMS and Python/PlexConnect on my NAS, to stream context to my ATV3.

Everything with PlexConnect was working quite nicely up until the point that I updated the firmware on my NAS to fix several other issues.

 

Now it seems as though PlexConnect is hanging at boot.

 

All I ever get in the .log file is

 

20:59:47 PlexConnect: ***
20:59:47 PlexConnect: PlexConnect
20:59:47 PlexConnect: Press CTRL-C to shut down.
20:59:47 PlexConnect: ***
20:59:47 PlexConnect: started: 20:59:47
20:59:47 PlexConnect: IP_self: 192.168.1.180

 

No matter how long I wait, that's all that ever gets logged.

And the ATV just reports "Trailers unavailable".

 

How can I figure out the cause/fix?

Please provide all the details on the “read before posting” pinned thread, specifically the troubleshooting section.


Also include the model details of your NAS.

If you're running a Synology there are instructions to fix this in the thread dedicated to it (it is something simple like a reinstall of the package).
