I have plex connect operating on my ATV3 with web version 2.4.9 and server version 0.9.11.7 I have recently purchased the ATV4 and downloaded the plex app however the app wants me to download the latest server before it will run on my ATV4. I am sure i updated my server once before and it stopped the ATV3 from connecting. If i update the server to the latest for ATV4 will this affect my plex connect.

I am running the latest version of PMS and it works fine for aTV4 and aTV2/3 (PlexConnect). You have a old version on PMS and should consider updating:
