With the updated workaround i am seeing thay when i stream a movie using plexconnect the quality is awful. Has anyone else seen the same?
Server running on mac mini and viewing movie (connected HDD to mm) via atv3 using plexcennect.
Check your transcoder/quality settings.
What is your network setup like? There was a guy earlier talking about his father only having Wireless-G, which is terrible for streaming high quality video. Nowadays, I go either wired gigabit or wireless-ac, for maximum bandwidth.
